A proud wife and mother of four sons, Misty began her career in the banking industry, where she developed a strong foundation in service and problem-solving. However, her true calling emerged when she transitioned into nursing, specializing in geriatrics.
With years of experience as a facility, hospice, and case manager nurse, Misty gained firsthand insight into the unique needs of seniors and their families. She recognized a significant gap in home care options and felt inspired to create a solution. In 2022, she founded We Help at Home, a concierge home care service designed to provide personalized, compassionate care for seniors.
Misty's holistic approach combines her clinical expertise, case management skills, and heartfelt commitment to improving the quality of life for her clients. Stacy Jacobson, BSN, RN
Stacy Jacobson is devoted to advancing community health through education, advocacy, and compassionate care. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and certification as a holistic wellness Nurse Coach, she empowers individuals to improve their well-being while ensuring their healthcare needs and rights are prioritized.
Stacy’s extensive experience includes orthopedics, emergency nursing, oncology infusion, wound care, and care management. She is passionate about supporting patients facing complex health challenges, using her advocacy skills to guide them through the healthcare system. Her work in home care supervision and hospice underscores her commitment to connecting clients with vital resources and personalized care.
As a health science educator and certified CPR instructor, Stacy fosters a culture of care and empowerment. She equips clients and families with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health, combining advocacy, education, and a holistic approach to wellness.

Andrea Andersen's passion for senior care stems from the special bond she shared with her grandmother. Since 2003, she has dedicated her career to enriching the lives of seniors through various roles in Senior Living and Senior Care.
Andrea brings extensive experience in home care consulting, senior living engagement, and care coordination. She has worked in senior living communities, home care services, and as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, and community resources. Her expertise includes client advocacy and ensuring seniors receive the personalized support they need.
Throughout her career, Andrea has built strong relationships with seniors and their families, providing guidance, emotional support, and practical solutions. She has a proven track record in navigating complex care needs and fostering community connections to enhance senior well-being. Her background in sales, marketing, and client relations has also allowed her to drive impactful programs that improve senior care accessibility.
